Arrive at New York - JFK Airport (preferred time of arrival between 8am to 4pm). On arrival meet our representative at Baggage claim area for Domestic arrivals and currency exchange for International arrivals. Check in at hotel available from 3pm. Experience a world class New York hotel located in the fashionable area of midtown Manhattan, with breathtaking views of Central Park and the Manhattan skyline. Up until 7pm use this time to relax; at 7pm meet your tour manager at the hotel lobby. Enjoy a buffet Indian dinner at a restaurant, (walking distance), evening at leisure, You may choose to visit Times square (on your own) or other sights in the city that never sleeps. Please note: that the hotel may take your Credit card at the time of check in towards Incidentals. The hold on the card will be released once the guests check out if no charges are incurred.
Depart from hotel after breakfast. Later proceed for a photo stop by the iconic bull at Wall Street (Traffic conditions permitting) , followed by a ferry ride to Battery Park where the world famous Statue of Liberty lies ground access is included (entrance to crown & pedestal is not included). Later visit the One World Trade Centre also known as the "Freedom Tower" which is the tallest building in the western hemisphere a symbol of strength & solidarity. We will have a photo stop at Ground Zero (entrance to 9/11 memorial is not included). You will also have a photo stop at the Rockefeller centre, a national historic monument; comprising of 19 high rise commercial buildings. Enjoy free time for souvenir shopping. In the evening proceed for an Indian dinner.
Drive to Philadelphia (approx 2 hours drive); on arrival enjoy an entertaining tour of the largest city in Pennsylvania state. Then depart for Baltimore (approx 2 hours drive), enjoy free time at Baltimore's inner harbour offering a wide variety of restaurants, shopping. Street performances and much more. Drive to the outskirts of D.C. to check in to your hotel after Dinner.
After a sumptuous Breakfast check out and Proceed for a city tour of DC with your local guide, covering all the major landmarks. Learn about the history and trivia that surrounds Washington. Later visit the famous National Air and Space Museum of the Smithsonian Institution that holds the largest collection of historic aircraft and spacecraft in the world. Proceed to Hershey's Chocolate Factory, enjoy a ride depicting the various stages of chocolate making. In the evening enjoy an Indian dinner before arriving at the hotel.
After breakfast proceed for the Pennsylvania Capitol tour (if open). View the Corning glass museum to view over 40,000 objects representing more than 3,500 years of glass making. Later drive to Niagara Falls, then enjoy dinner at Indian restaurant, before marvelling at the illuminations of Niagara Falls at night. This illuminations include a range of colours that alternate throughout the evening and shine over all of Niagara Falls.
Depart to view The Niagara Falls IMAX Theatre which takes you on a ride over the Niagara Falls. Later embark on an unforgettable elevator ride 175 feet below to the "Cave of the Winds" to feel the power of the falls first hand. Then board the boat ride aboard the world-famous Maid of the Mist (subject to operation). The boat lets you get up close & personal view of the Horseshoe Falls, known as the "bridal veil".
Breakfast at the hotel. (Check out before 12 noon). Your driver will pick you up from the hotel depending on your return flight to India or onward flight.

Generally the number of guest traveling varies depending on the destination. The average group size for tours is between 25 to 32 passengers. However, if a particular tour gets an overwhelming response then the group size may go beyond the aforesaid group size

Will it be possible to extend my stay at a destination ?
You can extend your stay provided you intimate us of such extension at the time of your booking. Additional charges will be applicable. No extensions/alterations can be done when the tour is in progress.
Can I avail just a part of the tour?
It is not advisable to do tours partly as you wont be able to experience your dream destinations completely. We offer you a wide range of products that suit your requirements. Our travel team will guide you on the same.
Is the tour itinerary susceptible to last minute changes, as we need to plan our leaves & make necessary arrangements accordingly?
We do not change the itinerary nor date of the tour, however in case of force majeure events, circumstances force us to change the routing or date of the tour, as the case may be, just for your Convenience.

Can I avail any early booking benefit ?
Yes, you get an advance booking discount for all tours on paying full registration amount at the time of booking. Discounts are slab wise and are given on first come first serve basis. They are valid for limited seats, limited period, limited tours and vary depending on the tour and region, so book early and save thousands.
What benefits can Repeat Travelers and Senior Citizens expect ?
Orient does have repeat guest and senior citizen discounts and it varies as per the tour. The travel consultant will provide the details when you book the tour.
What are the benefits of group bookings?
Yes, you are eligible for group discount if you book for a group of more than 15 guests on the same day.
What are the modes of travel on tour?
The modes of travel depend upon the tour which you book. Generally, we travel by Flight, Coach, Train, Cruise, Speed boat, Jet Foil, Cable Car, etc as mentioned in the itinerary. For more information refer respective tour itinerary page on.
Are there any night journeys on tour?
For flights we may have night journeys, but we normally avoid night journeys on tour as far as possible.
How hectic is the pace of the tours ?
Most of the tours are medium to fast pace as we cover maximum must see sight-seeings, we have some optional sight-seeings which passengers can choose to skip.
Do we have to walk a lot on tours ?
Generally, we have to walk at sightseeing places, amusement parks and at the airports sometimes for a long distance, however the same will be timely instructed by the Tour Leader.
Do we have to wake up early on tours ?
Unless otherwise specified by the Tour Leader for world tour, we normally follow 6-7-8 schedule i.e wake up at 6 am, breakfast at 7 am and departure at 8 am. However, the schedule may change as per the situation.
Can I upgrade my class of travel or airline?
Yes, you can upgrade your class of travel or airline as per the availability and on an additional cost. Please inform the same at the time of booking.
Can I request for a window seat or seat with more leg space?
Yes, you can request for a window seat or seat with more leg space or an aisle seat at the airport check in counter. It will be provided by airline as per the availability.
Would the airline have provision for a wheelchair?
Yes, airlines have provision but it is limited hence you need to inform us at the time of booking. Few airlines also have certain charges for wheel chair. Wheelchair is subject to availability and at the discretion of the airline.
Can I book my own air tickets and join your tour?
Yes, for all tours you have a facility of joining the tour at the first destination and leaving the tour at the last destination. For such tours, you get a special joining and leaving price. Joining and leaving guest (J/L) is the one who books the escorted group tour without taking the services of visa, insurance and main air travel ticket to reach the first destination of the tour and leaves the tour from the last place of Sightseeing / Restaurant / Hotel / Airport to reach his/ her hometown.
How much baggage is allowed per ticket?
At present for most of the destinations, it is 15 to 20 kg for cargo and 6 to 7 kg for handbag per ticket but it does vary with the airline. For guest traveling to US at present baggage is controlled by Piece Concept. Under the Piece Concept, passengers are permitted per ticket to check two bags with a per-bag weight of up to 23 kg for Economy Class. However for internal flights there is no free baggage allowed, your 1 check in baggage cost is paid by Orient but the second check-in baggage if any has to be paid by guest. Also due to security reasons during internal flight the bags cannot be locked, same will be timely instructed by the Tour Leader on tour. Hand baggage of 7 kg is allowed for both international and internal flights.
